Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Kcron website and services.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Services

Kcron provides tools for creating professional portfolios, optimizing resumes, and building personal link pages ("Services"). Our Services allow you to upload your resume or LinkedIn profile, generate a portfolio, receive optimization suggestions, and create a personalized link page.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
  • Restricting access to your computer or mobile device
  • All activities that occur under your account

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. User Content

Our Services allow you to upload, submit, store, and share content, including but not limited to text, graphics, photos, and other materials ("User Content"). You retain all rights to your User Content, and you are responsible for it, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By submitting User Content to Kcron, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your User Content in any existing or future media, for the purpose of providing and promoting our Services.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize us to use your User Content
  • Your User Content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, or any other rights of any person or entity
  • Your User Content does not contain any material that is false, defamatory, misleading, or otherwise illegal

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Using the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
  • Harassing, abusing, or harming another person
  • Impersonating another user or person
  • Using another user's account without permission
  • Attempting to circumvent any content-filtering techniques we employ
  • Interfering with or disrupting the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services
  • Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or other types of malicious code
  • Collecting or tracking the personal information of others
  • Spamming, phishing, or pharming
  • Using the Services in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Kcron and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Kcron.

7. Subscription and Payments

Some of our Services are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing to our Services, you agree to pay the subscription fees as described at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

We reserve the right to change our subscription fees at any time. If we change our fees, we will provide notice of the change on the website or by email, at our discretion.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or delete your account through your account settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Kcron, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; (iii) any content obtained from the Services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

10. Disclaimer

Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Services are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
